1) Are your products genuine?

No worries on this because once payment made by purchaser (you), it will be kept in a special account until you receive the parcel. 2) I am sorry to doubt on the “genuinity”. But why can you sell so much cheaper than salon/counter price?

• Our company import products in a large quantity from the main supplier(s).
• At the same time, we do not operate retail shop. Therefore, our overhead expenses such as high rental, expensive manpower, utilities, fixtures and fitting are kept to the most minimum.
• As we sell below price to consumers, we get larger volume. So, our company has better bargaining power with the main suppliers. This is a win-win situation between you (consumer), our company, and the suppliers.

3) How much cheaper is your products compare to normal price?

5) How do we get the products?

6) I do not have credit card. How do I make payment?
Pn Siti Normah, You may call or visit our office to manually order products. Purchaser may bank in to our company account or pay us in cash or cheque. We will issue a receipt accordingly. Once payment cleared, we will proceed with the order.

7) How much is your shipping fees?
Dear Yuti Surianto, We have NO charges for purchase above $100 in a single order. Nonetheless, we charge $10 flat rate for purchase below $100. Purchaser allows mixing many brands and many products in a single order. Happy Shopping !!
